Island Skipper is proudly Bahamian owned and operated, shaped by a deep familiarity with these waters and islands. Our experiences are created by people who know these islands not as destinations, but as home. Guided by Captains with over a decade of experience on the sea, every charter is planned with intention, local insight, and a little island magic.
Island Skipper was founded by a true islander – a young Bahamian boy who grew up paddling the canals of Nassau from an early age, soon ventured to the ocean. As he grew, so did his love for the sea, and the size of the vessels he captained.
From guiding kayaks to navigating some of the largest vessels in Bahamian waters, he developed a deep respect for the ocean, an instinct for reading its rhythms, and a passion for crafting experiences that feel effortless and authentic.
Today, every member of the Island Skipper crew shares that same love for our Bahamian waters and brings that spirit of adventure to every charter, ensuring each day on the water is thoughtfully curated, one-of-a-kind, and unforgettable.
